By sending us an email accepting this offer, you reserve time in our work schedule. If necessary, we can sign a Framework Agreement, which details the terms and conditions of our co-operation.

We start work upon receiving the first payment. The payment structure is described in the "COST" column. If applicable, the remaining balance will be settled upon delivery, according to your expectations and assumptions from the brief.

We work on working days and rest on weekends. The delivery time specified in the offer depends on us as much as it does on you. The more efficiently we communicate, the greater the chance we will meet the expected deadline.

Once the work is completed and formalities settled, we transfer all copyright to you - you will then receive a physical certificate confirming this. These rights have no expiration date or territorial restrictions.

We make every effort to ensure that our clients receive the design work they expect. However, if you have any objections to the delivered work, in such a case, we immediately start implementing the changes. If the requested modifications go beyond the agreed scope of work, they will settle on an hourly basis after your approval.

We try to be as transparent as possible, but if the co-operation does not go as we imagine, each party has the right to withdraw from the contract without any additional costs, accounting only for the work done up to that point.

We are aware that maintaining a project's confidentiality impacts its success. Therefore, we only share confidential data with the client's consent in places and with people that we consider necessary to provide the highest quality services. We also sign confidentiality agreements with all our subcontractors.
